MOUNT HOOD HOP PROFILE

This hop hails from German ancestry in the Hallertau region, but thrives in the Yakima Valley. It is an aroma hop that imparts spice and floral notes perfect for many German beer styles. The warm spice aroma works well in a wide range of styles. Mount Hood is best brewed with when it is fresh!
