Azacca Hop Profile
Azacca® ADHA-483 c.v., named after the Haitian god of agriculture, is a fruit-forward variety developed by the ADHA breeding program (now Latitude 46). With high alpha (14-16%) and high oil, Azacca® bursts a complex range of citrus and tropical fruit, backed by pine and herbal notes. Whirlpool or dry hop with Azacca® to maximize the tropical and sweet fruit flavors of ripe mango, grapefruit, and pineapple. Azacca's dual-purpose nature can round out any IPA or modern ale style on its own or work seamlessly with familiar favorites like Citra® and El Dorado®.
Aroma: Ripe mango, papaya, pineapple, orange, grapefruit, pine, fresh grass

Great fruity hop - Tyler 2/16/20
"I've always liked Azacca® for the soft fruit profile, and YVH Azacca® is as good as you'd expect from such a great company. Used as part of an American Pale Ale hop bill that won first place in the American Ale category of the Taiwan National Homebrew Competition. I'm excited to use the rest in something that lets the soft stonefruit flavors dominate. Maybe a wheaty pale ale or white IPA with a bit of Amarillo or Citra. We'll see :)"
